Natures Aid Women’s 50+ Multi-Vitamins & Minerals

As women age, the nutritional and biological needs of their body can alter, which is why Natures Aid have created our Women 50+ Multivitamin. It contains additional Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D3, as both are required to offer support for healthy bones. The level of Iron offered by this product has been reduced whilst superfoods such as Soya Isoflavones and Sage have been added. This expertly blended formula has been developed to provide a ‘top-up’ of key nutrients, to provide additional support to a healthy diet and lifestyle.

Natures Aid Women 50+ Multivitamin and Mineral includes 13 Vitamins and 9 Minerals as well as specially selected superfoods. These provide fully balanced nutritional support. Amongst the other additional nutrients, we have included:

• Vitamins B2, B12 and B5 to help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
• Calcium for the normal functioning of digestive enzymes and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
• Vitamin E to protect cells against oxidative damage.
• Zinc for the maintenance of normal carbohydrate metabolism, normal cognitive function, normal vision, normal functioning of the immune system and normal hair, skin and nails.
• Biotin to help support healthy hair and skin.
